CRANBERRY FARFEL KUGEL
4 cups farfel
1 stick margarine
2 tblsps. margarine
2 cans cranberry sauce(i like to do one sauce,one whole)
2 medium onions
2 sticks celery
2 telma boullion cubes(ive used chicken once,mushroom another time in defference to the vegies,end result was the same)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
6 eggs beaten 
salt and pepper
saute farfel in margarine til lightly browned and put in large mixing bowl.
mix up the cranberries and toss on top of the farfel.
saute onions and celery in 2 tblsps.margarine and place on top of farfel/cranberries.
dissolve the boullion in the boiling water;pour over mixture and stir all together.
add eggs and stir through.
salt and pepper to taste,mixture should be quite moist.
pour into greased 9x13 pan.
bake at 350 for 1 hour or until lightly browned
chill;cut into serving size pieces. cover loosely and heat before serving

i know it sounds like a real hodgepodge of a recipe
but its really quite yummy. sweet and savory its a real tasty side dish .
i promise theyll eat it up ;)
